We do know Matt is health conscious so the fruit seems the safest route. I know they did the practical joke on Missy a few years ago but it's possible he may not have been so healthy back then. I don't think it matters if Ali received a similar gift since we have sent alot of these to Matt in the past. We could always choose a smaller basket for Matt and still have money left for a gift for Missy.
